This regulation governs all occasional rental activities aboard the DAMA vessel.

WHAT TO BRING ON BOARD:

  • Personal identification documents;
  • Swimwear, T-shirt, shorts, hat, sunglasses;
  • Towel;
  • Sunscreen (NO oil, NO spray);
  • ZBackpack or soft bag;
  • Any seasickness medication.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED TO BRING ON BOARD:

  • Rigid and bulky bags;
  • Bulky mattresses or similar items;
  • Personal food and beverages;
  • Oily and/or spray sunscreens.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED TO WEAR ON BOARD:

  • Shoes (to be placed in a designated container before departure);
  • Bracelets, necklaces, or similar items that may get tangled or damage the cushions.
  1. The DAMA vessel and its crew, always on board, carry out occasional rentals under the provisions of Decree Law 69/2013, with the aim of bringing guests closer to the sea and promoting its respect.  The start and end of excursions are determined by the Captain based on the service offered and weather conditions.
  2. Boarding is reserved for a maximum of 6 guests aged 12 and above.

  4. The Captain has the irrevocable right to cancel the excursion due to unfavorable weather conditions (weather, sea, wind), technical failure, or health problems. In case of cancellation, the entire fee will be refunded to the guests.
  5. Guests must respect the starting and continuing times of the excursions and, if required by the Captain, wear life jackets during navigation.
  6. At the beginning of the occasional rental and on board during navigation, it is necessary to possess a valid identification document.
  7. There are no recoveries or refunds for personal reasons of guests causing delays or early returns to the port.
  8. Guests must maintain respectful and polite behavior on board.
  9. During daily excursions the internal spaces of the boat are not available to guests; it will be possible to use a toilet.
  10. Guests are responsible for the care and respect of the spaces and equipment of the boat during the rental.
  11. Bringing and consuming personal food and beverages on board for health and safety reasons is prohibited
  12. Smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or other traditional combustion products is prohibited, while electronic cigarettes are allowed.
  13. Bringing on board and using narcotics is absolutely prohibited.
  14. The Captain and crew are not responsible for the luggage and personal belongings of the guests. The Captain has the power to remove/disembark unruly guests or those causing disturbance to navigation or other guests.
  15. Pets are not allowed on board.
  16. To formalize the occasional rental, the owners must complete the procedure required by the competent authorities. At the time of booking, guests must provide a valid identification document, read and sign the regulations, and complete the occasional rental contract.
  17. The registration must be signed via email with an advance payment before the scheduled outings. The reservation will be confirmed only if this regulation is read and signed, and the participation fee is paid.
  18. By signing this form, the applicant assumes, without any exceptions, responsibility for any damages caused by themselves or other guests to the boat, committing to reimburse, upon first request, the amount incurred for repairs.
  19. Guests undertake to inform the Captain personally, before boarding, of any health problems, allergies to medications or foods, or any other specific personal needs.
  20. Before boarding, guests who are unable to swim or have other personal impediments must inform the Captain and accept any precautions he decides to take to protect their safety and well-being during the boat stay.
  21. Confirmation of the rental requires payment of the participation fee. Payment is made through an advance bank transfer to the provided IBAN at the time of booking.
  22. In case of cancellation up to seven days before the outing, no penalty is applied, and the entire fee will be refunded; from the sixth to the third day before the outing, a 20% refund is provided. After this period, the entire fee will be retained.
